You should either download KCVDS (Kaiba Corp Virtual Dueling System) or byond and DMU (Duel Monsters Unlimited) and well, there is also Yugioh Virtual Desktop (YVD) but that's not really user-friendly. If you are relatively new to dueling, I suggest downloading KCVDS as it's the most user-friendly out there.
